An NDI Full HD webconferencing camera for corporate, education and telemedicine applications with 20 x optical zoom and 60FPS high frame rates, combined with premium color restoration, captures stunning live images and supports NDI protocols to capture quality color video images in corporate conference rooms, classrooms, training centers and medical rooms.
With advanced control algorithm can achieve accurate, smooth and quiet PTZ control, the camera can easily cover all indoor people during video conferencing, equipped with 255 preset positions, allowing it to easily and quickly reproduce clear pictures, and without any interference to the speaker or audience.
To facilitate control and viewing, it can output NDI interface, DVI and HDMI interfaces, while automatically receiving VISCA command and PELCO-P / D protocol commands, with the option to use RS232 or RS485 interface.

Equipped with a simple operation remote control, in addition to basic setting and control of level, pitch, doubling, etc., can set relevant parameters of the camera through the remote control menu (SDI and HDMI interfaces can display only).
l Infrared remote control signal transmission function
In addition to receiving its own special remote control signal, the infrared remote control signal of the user video conferencing terminal can also be uploaded to the video conferencing terminal via a serial port, replacing the infrared receiving port of the user video conferencing terminal, so that the user terminal can be placed in the background.
l Optional camera mirror image and flip function

Full and Partial Refunds
1.Full Refunds
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer's own fault cannot apply for refund.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
2.Partial Refunds:
We also offer partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get partial refund.
If the item(s) is considered damaged, defiled, deformed, spilled perfume after receipt, or you return the item(s) without notify us, you can only get partial refunds.
3.Shipping Costs:
For unwanted items, the return shipping costs should be borne by the buyer.

For US customers,we provide new return address in Los Angeles,United States(only for US orders), you can ask customer service staff for detailed address.
Friendly reminder: wedding & special occasion dresses can not be returned to the United States warehouse.
Please do not send your package back to the address on your package. That is not an effective return address and will cause your package to be lost. And you are responsible for the loss due to the wrong address. So please contact the customer service and they will spare no effort to help.
